A new helicopter forum

A moderated helicopter forum has been started and being operated by us at
Experimental Helo Magazine. It has a general discussion area and a
technical area. This forum will not allow the bashing seen on some News
Groups and other forums. Also arm chair designers with their rectal
extraction designs looking for someone else to build them will be
discouraged. At the present there is one entry discussing welding rod used
on 4130.
