The Safari near Phoenix that crashed with the loss of two lives is now
followed by a RotorWay in Vermont flown by Ronald York that crashed
resulting in the Death of Mr. York.
The investigation of both accidents is pending.

In Texas, a crash of a Safari resulting from loss of tail rotor has been
reported. Whether this means loss of tail rotor or tail rotor control is
still a question I have.
Also a Fatality crash in S. Africa of an Aerokopter with pilot and two small
children. All died.
Getting the causes of these crashes distributed to all of the helicopter
community is important to help avoid repeats.
